How much time does it take?
P2W software cuts planning time in half. Each P2W account or territory plan requires about two hours of effort. That’s a small amount for a potentially big reward.

We know our market, and we know that many of you can’t always access the Internet while traveling. Our software fits on your laptop or desktop for use whenever and wherever is convenient for you. We plan to roll out an online version in the future.

If you are only taking inbound calls, you probably don’t need an account plan. But if you are making outbound calls, you absolutely should plan and develop your territory to target the best – and most lucrative – opportunities.

Will P2W operate on my machine and synchronize with other CRM software?
The software operates on a PC using Windows 2000 or higher. We expect our next-generation versions will synchronize with leading online customer relationship management sites. The new Clud based System will be in Beta in a month or so. The Salesforce.com versions are currently available on the Applications Exchange.

Can I use this system to fundraise and develop for a non-profit?
We envision many uses for our software, and fundraising is just one of them. In fact, we’re developing a version of P2W specifically for development professionals.

I manage a sales team. Can I roll up my team’s plans into a master plan?
Not yet, although we expect to develop that feature in the future. In the meantime, however, we believe that P2W will help sales managers by creating uniformity among their teams. Each sales rep’s plan will be individualized, but all plans will be based on the same questions, with the same goals in mind.
